How to participate?

Informática 2026 offers the possibility of participating in its Scientific Convention that takes place at the Conventions Centre and in the Exhibition Fair at Pabexpo's Fairgrounds.

                                                    Convention

                                                    The Scientific Convention Informática 2026 invites you to participate in person or virtually, presenting:

                                                    Scientific papers

                                                    Case study reports

                                                    Literature review


                                                    These works must be related to one of the eleven events   that make up the convention. The scientific committee of the corresponding event will evaluate the papers, and may:

                                                    Accept the paper as received.
                                                    Accept the paper with recommendations, to be implemented within a determined period.
                                                    - Not select the paper
                                                     . 

                                                    The main author of each accepted paper will have the right to attend the convention as a speaker. All selected works will be published in the convention notes with the ISBN.

                                                    Conferences
                                                    If you want to deliver a conference, send the title, summary and synthesis of your CV. The scientific committee will select the conferences that will be included in the program and will notify you if you have been accepted as a lecturer.

                                                    Participation as a Delegate:
                                                    If you are interested in attending the convention without presenting a paper or conference, please register and the organizing committee will review your application. You will be notified if your participation as a delegate has been accepted. 

                                                    Benefits for all Participants:
                                                    Speakers, lecturers, and delegates will be entitled to attend all activities in the general program of the Convention and Fair Informática 2026, including keynote addresses, workshops, and roundtables, among others, at the International Conference Center, exhibition activities at the Pabexpo Fairgrounds, and cultural activities.

                                                    Submission of Proposals
                                                    The deadline for submitting papers will be open starting May 19, 2025. To upload your paper or conference proposal, please follow these steps: 

                                                    1. Prerequisite:
                                                    - Have a user account on the platform.

                                                    2. Add a proposal:
                                                    - Log in to your account.
                                                    - At the top right corner, open the menu next to your name and select "
                                                    My Papers.".
                                                    - In the "My Papers", section, click the "Add a new Papers" button.
                                                    - Complete the form with the following information: title, event, theme (the sub-events that make up the convention), abstract, and type of work.
                                                    - Finally, select the "Acept
                                                    button.

                                                    3. Complete the information and attach the file:
                                                    - Once the work is created, you will see it listed in "My Papers". In the corresponding row, use the "Edit" icon.
                                                    - In the editing section, you must:
                                                       a) Add the data of all authors in the order they appear in the paper, indicating which is the main author.
                                                       b) Attach the document of the paper in .doc format.
                                                    - To finish, click "Save
                                                    button.


                                                    Dates of interest:
                                                    ●    Submission of papers: November 14, 2025 
                                                    ●    Notification of acceptance: December 5, 2025
                                                    ●    Submission of the final work for publication: January 9, 2026

                                                    Exhibition Fair 

                                                    The Exhibition Fair invites you to participate in the modalities: Exhibitor or Professional Visitor.  

                                                    For any of the modalities it is necessary: 
                                                    1. To have a user account on the platform.
                                                    2. To complete the Form  and send attached the corresponding document:
                                                        - Exhibitor contract (one per entity).
                                                        - Additional credentials or Professional Visitor Contract.
                                                    3. To wait to be contacted by the organizer of Pabexpo to complete the procedure. 

                                                    Benefits of participation
                                                    Exhibitors and Trade Visitors will have access to the exhibitor Catalog, hold business meetings and meetings, participate as a speaker and/or auditorium in the Business Forum, and participate in the Closing Ceremony of the event.

                                                    Exhibitors will also be able to: exhibit products / services on their stand and opt for Awards   in accordance with the themes of the fair, as well as, in the traditional category: Stand Design.        

                                                    Dates of interest:  
                                                    ● Submission of the Participation Contract Application form: from December 1st to February 24th, 2026 (if there is capacity).   
                                                    ● Payment of 50% of the contracted stand: with the presentation of the Participation Contract.
                                                    ● Submission of the stand design: February 17, 2026.
                                                    ● Submission of information for the catalog, advertisements (final art): February 27, 2026.
                                                    ● Payment of the remaining 50% of the price, furniture and services: March 11, 2026.  
                                                    ● Arrival of goods by sea: March 9, 2026.
                                                    ● Arrival of goods by air: March 16, 2026.
                                                    ● Stand assembly: March 16, 2026.● Penalty of 100% of the total contracted area for resignation or reduction: March 16, 2026.
                                                    ● Delivery of modular stands to exhibitors: March 20, 2026.
                                                    ● Penalty of 50% of the total contracted area for resignation or reduction: March 20, 2026.
                                                    ● Stand dismantling: March 28th to 31st, 2026.    

                                                                     
                                                     Business Forum

                                                    The Business Forum is part of the Informática 2026 Fair, it is a conducive space for the presentation of solutions in the modalities of business conferences, presentations, workshops and other modalities that allow the exchange and exhibition of new results.
