  • Information:  Foreign Participants will make the payment in USD or EUROS in correspondence to the current exchange rate.

  • PABEXPO grants spaces for the following modalities:

  • 1. Free Space Design or Special Design: free space where the exhibitor makes his own design and assembly, decides on the rental of furniture, services and includes up to 500 W of electricity consumption.

  • 2. Mounted space (modular): space with modular stand assembled by PABEXPO staff, includes aluminum structure and panels, carpet, sign with company name and up to 500 W of electricity consumption.

  • 3. Unassembled space: free space without structures or panels, includes up to 500 W of electricity consumption.


  • Information:

  • - PABEXPO generally uses a system of aluminum structures and white modular panels capable of supporting up to 5 kg of weight per one, these cannot be painted, screwed or drilled.


  • - For the assembly of the specially designed stands, exhibitors and their staff require access to the premises in advance.


  • - The assembly of the modular stands is carried out by the specialized staff of PABEXPO according to the schemes and plans delivered by the exhibitors specifying internal divisions, types of doors, location of reflectors, electrical installations among other aspects. In the event that the exhibitor does not deliver the stand design, the Organizer together with the Head of the Assembly Area will arrange according to the interests and are not responsible for any delay in its delivery.

  • - Any subsequent changes in the design or interior division will be additionally quoted according to the established rates.
